In collaboration with the Portuguese Red Cross - Braga Delegation and BioFeet®, we've had a year of monthly visits dedicated to providing podiatric care at the Braga Temporary Shelter Centre (CAT).
Since the beginning of this partnership, Drª Cristina Costa, a podiatrist from FootStudy - Clínica de Podologia, has been offering specialised podiatry care to CAT users and homeless individuals, providing not only treatment but also support to improve their quality of life.
Over the past year, we've witnessed inspiring stories of transformation and resilience on the part of users. Users have expressed their gratitude for the services provided, highlighting not only the physical improvement, but also the positive impact on their self-esteem and quality of life. This collective testimony reflects not only individual success, but also the ongoing commitment to promoting the health and well-being of the community.
This partnership between the Portuguese Red Cross - Braga Delegation, FootStudy - Clínica de Podologia and BioFeet® demonstrates the power of collaboration in creating positive impact.
We are committed to continuing to look after the feet of those who need it most.
